When using the WAVE Mobile App to view the video remotely, sometimes the resolution can't be changed.
The users might see only lower quality stream can be selected.
What will you see?
A list of options at the quality settings grayed out.
How to solve it?
- Please make sure that you have installed the latest version of the WAVE Mobile App
- You can download the IPA(iOS) or APK(Android) and install on your mobile devices.
- If you are using PC/Server, then transcoding is allowed. You can retrieve several resolutions to meet your needs, or adapt to different use cases.
