Check warranty Status

Hanwha Techwin makes it convenient for our Partners and End users to check their device/s warranty. 

Steps:

1. Go to Hanwha Techwin America Website: https://www.hanwhasecurity.com/

2. Click on SUPPORT > CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

3. Click on Send Unit for Repair

4. Select "I am a dealer, end-user or Hanwha distributor" and choose option 1 to "launch RMA form"

5. Once the RMA Repair form opens, enter the device serial number and hit "click here to check if S/N is on file". The Warranty status will update and will show if the device is under warranty.
