Before opening the web pages, please read the instructions below first.
1. Launch the repair RMA form, click here: RMA Form
2. View the repair form Instructions and terms, Click here: Repair Instructions
3. Check the status of a repair (you will need the repair ticket number and the model number), click here: Status
4. View the product warranty statement, click here: Warranty-policy
1. The above shortcut links will open up new pages at the: Hanwha Security Website
2. Click on SUPPORT > CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
3. Click on Send Unit for Repair
4. Select "I am a dealer, end-user or Hanwha distributor" and choose option 3 to Check the status of a repair (you will need the repair ticket number and the model number)
5. A new web page will open showing the Tracking View, enter the ticket number and model number to show the current status of the repair.
