In some conditions it can happen that the Camera "ISP" version shows all zeros.
The ISP version is the Firmware for the video imaging sensor (Head Unit.)
Most times if this is showing as all zeros it can be a simple issue of slow communications or caching issues in a browser. Try connecting to the camera through an incognito session.
If video from the camera in question is normal, then the Sensor is working and has a firmware loaded. The issue of all zeros could be a caching issue.
If video from the camera in question is not visible, then the ISP could be corrupt or the sensor is disconnected in some way from the base of the camera.
Reloading the firmware in some cases can resolve the issue. If the video still does not come online, the unit may need servicing.
