Wisenet Device Manager - Unable to discover cameras

The Wisenet Device Manager is a custom program that helps the user to manage multiple IP network devices. This program discovers the Hanwha cameras on the network and easily allows the user to modify their IP addresses. 

Wisenet Device Manager can only listen to camera broadcasts if the cameras are on the same IP range or subnet as the computer running the software. If your computer has multiple network cards/interface you need to select the correct one that communicates directly with the camera network. 

Check the Network Status area (found on the lower left corner), to select the correct network interface right click to bring up the "Enable" button. This will force Device Manager to use the interface for camera communication. 


In some cases, if the IP address has changed, communication error could occur until the ARP table matches the MAC address into the new IP address. In order to avoid the case, reset ARP table by clicking [Delete ARP].
